Yin Yoga
What is Yin Yoga?
Yin yoga is a slow, meditative practice where poses may be held for several minutes, inviting a gentle opening of the body and restoration of the nervous system. Unlike more active yoga styles, yin invites you to soften and rest, while listening deeply to your body's innate wisdom.
I offer yin yoga through a nervous system lens, blending traditional practice with somatic awareness and trauma-informed facilitation. Each practice is fully customised to you and what you need, and you're always welcome to explore different variations, rest, or move in whatever way feels best for your body. No yoga experience is required, and everyone is welcome here.

Opening somatic practices and guided mindfulness
Yin poses offered for a length of time that best suits your nervous system (perhaps 3-7 minutes each)
Full prop support (bolsters, blocks, blankets)
Space for rest and integration
Trauma-informed, invitational guidance

I also offer limited PWYC sessions because I never want cost to be a barrier. If the rates above aren't accessible for you, please reach out to discuss what’s possible - we'll find a way to work together. I typically have one PWYC spot available per week, If there are no current spots available you are welcome to join the waitlist.
