Nervous System Immersion

A personalised 12 week journey to strengthen, nourish & restore your nervous system

The Nervous System Immersion is a gentle, powerful process for deep nervous system support, fully customised for your unique life context, needs and goals.

This might be for you, if you’d like to:

  • Deepen your understanding of how your nervous system works and why it is so important

  • Learn practical, sustainable tools for balance, embodied resilience and nervous system restoration

  • Gently process, integrate, or prevent experiences of stress, burnout or trauma

  • Feel more nourished, empowered, and connected to yourself & the world around you

Over 12 weeks, this immersion includes

  • 6 x 60 minute education sessions (nervous system concepts & tools)

  • 6 x 60 minute experiential practice session (to deepen into somatic practice)

  • Weekly check-ins for reflections and questions

  • Resources, tools, and reflection questions to support your journey

  • A complimentary 30 minute follow-up session, one month after completion

This structure balances understanding with embodiment - you'll learn the 'why' behind the practices while also experiencing deep somatic work.

Themes we might explore together include:

  • What is a healthy, regulated nervous system?

  • Understanding the polyvagal map of the nervous system

  • Resourcing (internal and external sources of support)

  • Orienting, titration and pendulation - gently working with sensation at a sustainable pace

  • Co-regulation & healthy connection

  • Navigating your nervous system - upregulation & downregulation

  • Interoception and the felt-sense

  • How stress and trauma may show up in the body, and how to support processing and integration

  • Boundaries, self-care & community-care

  • Practicing self-compassion

  • Creating daily practices to support your wellbeing

Some of the practices we may draw from, depending on your interests and preferences, include:

  • Nervous system education to support greater awareness, self-understanding and empowerment

  • Somatic practices (body-based tools to support connection, regulation and presence)

  • Vagal toning tools (ways to support your nervous system through sound, breath, and movement)

  • Working with ceremonial cacao

  • Trauma-informed yoga

  • Meditation and mindfulness practices

  • Nature connection practices

  • Creative expression (e.g. writing, drawing or movement, to explore and integrate your experience)

All practices are offered invitationally, you are always welcome to choose what resonates, move at your own pace, and adapt or change at any point.

I also offer limited PWYC immersion spots because I never want cost to be a barrier. If the above rates aren't accessible for you, please reach out to discuss what's possible - we'll find a way to work together. I typically have 1 PWYC spot available at a time. Getting Started

I offer a complimentary connection call, to see whether working together feels like a good fit. If you would like to proceed, you’ll be invited to complete an in-depth welcome form. Together, we will consider how your wellbeing looks right now, where you would like to be or what you are interested in exploring, and how we can move gently in that direction, from a nervous system perspective.

Please note that I work with a maximum of threee people at a time, so that I can show up the presence and energy that each person deserves. If I don’t currently have space available, you’re welcome to join the waitlist.
