  • Individual Somatic Sessions: personalised, trauma-informed support for nervous system health and resilience. Drop in any time to receive support for whatever is present in your nervous system right now.

  • Nervous System Immersion: a deeper 6–1 week journey, tailored to your life, context, and goals, with specialised support to help you in your work or responsibilities

  • Group Series: Regular online series to learn the fundamentals of nervous system restoration in community with others who care deeply. Next dates coming in 2026.

Example Group Series: Fundamentals of Nervous System Resilience

A 4-part online series designed for activists, changemakers, and caregivers.
This is a space to slow down, learn practical somatic tools, and reconnect with your body and breath in the company of like-hearted people.

Topics include:

  • Understanding the nervous system and the stress response

  • Noticing and supporting your own states of activation or regulation

  • Practicing gentle tools like orienting, grounding, vagus nerve exercises, and breath

  • Exploring how to work with stress at a sustainable pace (learning about ‘pendulation’ and ‘titration’)

  • Building a personal wellbeing support kit and creating helpful daily habits

  • Reflecting on how nervous system awareness can ripple outward into our communities and movements
