Who are these sessions for?
These sessions are for anyone interested in connecting with their body, supporting their nervous system, or cultivating more ease, balance, and resilience in their life. You might be seeking a space for nourishment, integration or self-understanding, or perhaps navigating stress, burnout, or life transitions.
Whatever your intention or starting point, somatic sessions may help to offer new insights into yourself and the world around you, while strengthening your nervous system and creating a toolbox that you can take with you throughout your life.
Choosing the right option for you
If you’re looking for flexible support that adapts to what is present for you session by session, over any timeframe that works for you, Somatic Sessions may be a good fit. If you’re interested in an immersive, more structured journey which focuses on your wellbeing over 6 - 12 weeks, you may wish to explore the Nervous System Immersion.
What to Expect
Somatic sessions are designed to strengthen and supporyt the nervous system, by working with the mind and the body. They may include guided somatic practices, gentle movement, nervous system education, reflective exercises, and moments of rest and integration.
This space prioritises your needs, choices and autonomy, and you are welcome to explore what feels right for you. You can also pause, ask questions, move, change, or stop at any time.
Before working together
I offer a complimentary call before we begin. This is an opportunity to connect, ask any questions, and see whether this feels like a good fit. If you’d like to go ahead, you’ll be invited to complete a welcome form. This helps me to understand what’s present for you, including your intentions, what is working well for you, any challenges, and what you’re curious about.
Session one: Nervous System Foundations
Our first session lays the foundations for our time together. You’ll be introduced to key insights into how your nervous system works and what this vital system needs in order to support your wellbeing. You’ll also receive practical, personalised somatic tools which you can begin practicing right away.
Ongoing Sessions
If you’d like to explore further sessions, each session is personalised and attuned to what’s present for you. You’re welcome to arrive with a specific focus or just as you are. Together we may explore:
Understanding the signals of your body, cultivating self-understanding, agency and choice
Getting to know your nervous system states and what your body needs
Working gently with sensation and emotion
Resourcing and cultivating internal safety
Embodied practices for restoration, regulation and integration
Repatterning your nervous system for more helpful responses
Creating your own supportive toolkit for life

Sessions are available:
Online - wherever you are in the world (if the available times don’t suit your timezone, feel free to email me and we can find a time that works.)
In person, in Wellington (in the comfort of your home or in a private studio space together). There is also the option to do some sessions in nature.

5 session pack: $400 ($80/session)
10 session pack: $750 ($75 per session)
Standard:
1 session: $120
5 session pack: $575 ($115 per session)

Pay What you Can:
If the above pricing is not accessible for you, I also offer a limited number of regular ‘pay what you can’ sessions. Please feel free to contact me if this option would allow you to access Somatic Sessions. If there are no current spots available, you are welcome to join the waitlist.
